Jerrod Lourdas, or Vortex 4 as his designation in Vortex Squadron, was a Human male sandspeeder pilot of the Rebel Alliance who was assigned to Vortex Squadron at Arda Base. Shortly before the Battle of the Gauntlet, he was assigned to patrol Torrence Run, but skipped Sector 7 to sweep Sector 17. He liked to play Sabacc during his off-hours.
