Jisk Barer was a Quarren Podracing fanatic that visited the planet Tatooine in 32 BBY to see the Boonta Eve Classic. Barer sat in Watto's box next to Breedo and Bok Askol.
Barer had orange skin and blue eyes. While at Watto's box, they wore tan colored robes. Barer had a Quarren female first name that meant "fun-loving, playful." The fanatic had an archaic surname that meant "respected physician."
