Jossie was an akk dog that belonged to the Coruscant Security Force. It would accompany its handler—who was a police officer—on patrol of the planet of Coruscant. During Order 66 in 19 BBY, which condemned all Jedi as traitors to the Galactic Republic, Jossie and its handler were flying patrol in a CSF assault ship, along with the ship's pilot, Vil, and Republic Commandos Darman and Niner.
