Jrul was a Jedi Master who lived sometime before the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The Master was attributed with formulating the famous Question of Master Jrul. Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi remembered Jrul's Question when he encountered the Separatist General Grievous on the bridge of the General's flagship, the Invisible Hand, in 19 BBY.
