Kaarl was a male Ithorian and a member of Nirama's criminal Organization who worked on the Darkside asteroid station.
In 32 BBY, he was repeatedly approached by The Cell, a faction of the Organization wanting to oust Nirama. Kaarl rejected the offers, as he considered local Cell members to be less than competent.
During one of the paydays, Kaarl drank one barrel and a half of brandy, and showed no ill effect except for an annoying happyness.
