Kaid was a male Human lieutenant of the Sith Empire living during the Galactic War. Around 3641 BBY Kaid was stationed on Belsavis and was leading a squad of Sith Lord Melicoste's commandos on a mission to extract Darth Ekkage from Belsavis prison. However, Kaid and the commandos were attacked by the Emperor's Wrath in Melicoste's bunker. Kaid, upon being threatened, revealed to the Wrath that Melicoste already left ahead for the High Security Section. The Wrath then killed Kaid after saying he outlived his usefulness.
