Kalna was a young Hutt who was a member of the Hutt organization Ramesh kajidic when they killed a leader of the Black Bha'lir smuggler society. Kalna never made it back to his clan, as they were all eradicated by the smugglers. Kalna fled to Terman Station, where he set up a small "protection service" for the local merchants and thugs.
