Kasan Moor

Kasan Moor was a pilot who served in the Imperial Navy of the Galactic Empire. In an interview with historian Arhul Hextrophon for the New Republic Heritage Division, Moor described contrasting cultures regarding relationships among pilots in the Imperial Navy and the Rebel Alliance.

Moor noted that rebel pilots were openly romantic or intimate with one another, while Imperial pilots engaged in similar relationships but had to be more discreet. Imperial regulations on personal relationships were inconsistently enforced, with some commanders prohibiting them entirely, believing that devotion to the Empire should be sufficient. Moor found this odd, based on rumors about the private lives of certain fleet officers.
