Keeling was a male Human officer of the reconstituted Sith Empire during the Cold War. In 3643 BBY, he was stationed on Nar Shaddaa in an imperial front that served as Keeling's listening post, where after recovering stolen intelligence reports with Republic Strategic Information Service slicing signatures, he sent an Imperial to destroy the Republic listening post, from which Imperial communications were intercepted. The Shadow Syndicate had a safe house within Keeling's listening post.
