Keenal Dene

Legends

Legends. This article is part of Legends: the expanded-universe stories that Lucasfilm set apart from canon in 2014.

Keenal Dene was a leader of the Alliance to Restore the Republic in its early development. According to a report published on Imperial HoloVision in 1 ABY, Chandrilan senator Mon Mothma resigned from the Imperial Senate and disappeared, although she had actually fled the galactic capital Coruscant to escape execution by the Galactic Empire for her work in building the Alliance. The report stated that Mothma had been secretly meeting Rebel leaders, including Dene amongst others such as Bail Organa, Garm Bel Iblis, and Jan Dodonna.
