Kellor was a Human male agent of the Republic Strategic Information Service. During the Galactic War, he worked for Senator Evran on the planet Voss, and aided Havoc Squad's search for the Sith Lord Torius. Kellor's team crashed in the Nightmare Lands after they were spotted while tracking Torius, and Kellor subsequently lost his mind, killing his teammates. Havoc Squad located him in the Nightmare Lands, and retrieved his information before he died.
