Klin Kartoosh was a crime lord who dealt in the spice-running racket. Kartoosh operated in the Annoo system and was a known associate of the Desilijic Hutt clan. He was killed by the famous bounty hunter named Boba Fett, who had been hired by Sise Fromm, an Annoo-dat criminal who wished to make a name for himself quickly. Because of Kartoosh's assassination, Fromm attracted the wrath of Jabba Desilijic Tiure, influent crime boss and leader of the Desilijic.
