KMD-RA-71's owner

A member of the Imperial personnel stationed in Jedha City on the moon Jedha was owner of the RA-7 protocol droid KMD-RA-71. When the Empire evacuated its forces from Jedha City in 1 BBY, before destroying the city with the Death Star battle station, the droid's owner "accidentally" left KMD-RA-71 behind. This would have brought him a brief reprieve from working with an RA-7 protocol droid, which were considered unpleasant, until he was assigned a new one by the Imperial Security Bureau.
