Leb Slesher was a Human male who worked as a covert agent for the Imperial Security Bureau during the time of the Galactic Civil War. Following the Battle of Yavin, Slesher worked undercover at the Kaadara cantina on Naboo. Through the use of forged evidence and the enforcement of obscure Nabooian regulations, the corrupt Imperial agent used his position of power to extort payments from legitimate local merchants.
