Levinous

Levinous was a major shareholder of the Champalan Imperial Mineral Extraction Initiative who became a Grand General of the Galactic Empire's Imperial Army. He never left the planet Coruscant and so was mockingly called a "holotable officer," with historian Beaumont Kin suggesting in his book The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire that Levinous only attained his rank due to his connections to Grand Vizier Mas Amedda. After the apparent death of Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine in 4 ABY, Levinous declared himself Emperor before being deposed and arrested by his own forces.
