Linder Kroford

Linder Kroford was a Morse from Karlatt who was sent to the planet Serob 6 for psychiatric treatment. Linder Kroford was one of the only living individuals, at the time of the Galactic Civil War, that knew the secret code to destroy the AI and the location of Temple Maudit on Karlatt.

A group of Rebel agents, undercover as Imperial officials, came to Serob 6. With the help of an Imperial submarine, they descended below the waves to the psychiatric facility where Kroford was kept. The Rebels revealed their identity to Kroford's Sorki "analyzer," Professor Piickiit, who used mental projection to turn Kroford's mind into a virtual reality. Interacting with this reality, the Rebels obtained the needed code.
