Luu was a man who helped raise Sana and Phel Starros alongside the siblings' father during the Imperial Era on the Outer Rim moon Nar Shaddaa. Eventually, they and Starros' father retired to the Outer Rim planet Dalna. Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY, Sana informed her cousin Aryssha Starros about her dads' whereabouts and later remarked that she wished she had visited her fathers instead of stopping by her family's homestead on the Core Worlds planet Hosnian Prime.
