Lya Charrel was a female Human scientist living during the Galactic War. She defected from the Galactic Republic to the Sith Empire, finding its methods much more to her liking. While stationed on Taris, she asked an Imperial to spill the canisters of dangerous 3-5-7 trichloroheptane stored in the Taris ChemWorks Factory.
