Marus Grayson was a male Human who worked as an Imperial bureaucrat. He owned the Jewel of Yavin, a corusca gem which he hoped to auction. After catching the thief Gantel Dro trying to steal the gem from his Coruscant apartment the Imperial offered the criminal the choice of working security for him or dying. Dro accepted and accompanied Grayson to Cloud City on the planet Bespin, where Grayson planned to auction the gem.
