ME-K4 was an astromech droid who resided on the planet Tatooine during the Third Galactic War around 3623 BBY. During the Alliance Commander and Akaavi Spar's mission to Tatooine to locate Jemala Ha'rangir, a Hidden Chain defector, Akaavi asked if the droid had transported a Mandalorian. The droid first denied access to the information. After Akaavi transferred the usual fee, ME-K4 revealed that the defector had gone to the Northern Jundland Wastes, though the droid could not provide a more specific location.
