Mois Pardon was an orange-skinned Nikto who possessed three-digit hands and was of the Kajain'sa'Nikto subspecies. Pardon frequented the Outlander Club, a nightclub and gambling hall in the Uscru Entertainment District of the planet Coruscant.
During a night in 22 BBY, the Nikto exited the club accompanied by a Pacithhip and the Human Palee Ruda. Just as the group exited, bounty hunter Zam Wesell ran into the club away from the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker after her assassination attempt on Senator Padmé Amidala. Pardon wore a brown fur coat over a cream-colored shirt during his visit to the Outlander.
