Mola Haxtor was a Human female who served as one of the three Rakghoul experts on the planet Taris at the time of the Cold War and during the Imperial Invasion of Taris. A xenobiologist, she and her partner, fellow professor Sadus Vraal, discovered the nekghouls, Force-using sentient rakghouls. However, after only a short time for research, she was captured by Imperial forces, and was tortured for information on this new breed of rakghoul.
