Morbo was a Hutt criminal that owned a club on Nar Shaddaa in 3640 BBY. He was involved in several illicit activities including slavery and smuggling. While working as a smuggler, he came into conflict with the Old Tion Brotherhood of the Twi'lek Teff'ith and wanted them dead.
In 3640 BBY, Morbo was planning to sell some Cathar Republic prisoners off as slaves, this caused an undercover SIS operation targeted at him. The slaves that Morbo was planning to sell were freed by SIS Operative, Theron Shan.
