Nakime was a Force-sensitive human Jedi Padawan. At some point, she and her master engaged in a lightsaber duel with the Sith Aman. During the duel she performed a Force jump, with the help of the droid Daruma, while attacking Aman; however, Aman leaped at her and struck her eyes with her lightsabers, blinding her and causing her to fall down a cliff and into the chasm.
Afterwards, she underwent a series of spiritual trials in which she overcame the temptation to the dark side.
