Nivi'sec was a male Twi'lek living during the Galactic War. By 3640 BBY he was a top man in Rogun Matt'rik's crime syndicate. When Rogun Matt'rik's fortress on Tatooine was attacked by the Voidhound, Nivi'sec chose not to engage the smuggler in combat and hid behind some crates to sit out the fighting instead.
