Nix Jerd

Nix Jerd was a human male from the Mid Rim world Lantillies who served as a bombardier in the Resistance's Cobalt Squadron. Trained to drop ordnance onto First Order targets, he held on tight to the release trigger and had a mental catalog of the StarFortress bomber's explosive payload. He flew multiple missions with a bomber, the Cobalt Hammer, through the Cassander and the Atterra campaigns, until he and the ship perished over the planet D'Qar in 34 ABY. His sacrifice let the Resistance fleet escape and eventually defeat the First Order in the Battle of Exegol.
