Odeffro Msern

Odeffro Msern was an Imperial ground crew member stationed on Mimban in 10 BBY, who held the rank of specialist. As part of his duties in flight control, Msern used flashing sticks to direct air traffic. He also wore a cape as part of his uniform, visually similar to the capes used by wet-weather gear stormtroopers, a number of which were also stationed on the planet.
