"Old Silver Eyes" was the nickname given to a Human male who served as the ninth administrator of the Wheel space station. He took control of the Wheel following the disappearance of the droid Master-Com, his predecessor, and ran it successfully for three years before dying in his sleep. The Wheel fell into the hands of the Biituian Dov Paploush following "Old Silver Eyes" death. During his time as administrator "Old Silver Eyes" was incredibly popular with the station's clientèle.
