Olkav was a male Human doctor serving the Sith Empire during the Galactic War. Around 3640 BBY he was stationed at the Gehn's Overlook outpost on Voss, looking to synthesize a vaccine against the corruption of the Nightmare Lands. Using a deranged Imperial soldier Lem as his test subject, Olkav asked an Imperial retrieve a missing component for the vaccine - sap from a specific tree in the Nightmare Lands.
