Onie Arkmen

Onie Arkmen was a Human female native to the Core Worlds planet Coruscant. She was a participant of the party scene on her homeworld. During a night in 22 BBY, Arkmen, an eligible bachelorette, visited the Outlander Club, a nightclub and gambling hall in the Uscru Entertainment District of Coruscant. During the visit, the bounty hunter Zam Wesell ran into the club after her assassination attempt on Senator Padmé Amidala.

Arkmen, with a drink in hand, walked by Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, two Jedi searching for Wesell. While the bounty hunter prepared to ambush Kenobi, Arkmen accompanied herself with two patrons—a Klatooinian and a Kadas'sa'Nikto. Arkmen had brown eyes, light skin, dark hair, and was considered otherworldly. During her visit to the nightclub, the woman wore shiny silver shorts, a chain-mail top, and golden high heels.
