Ooren Tai

Ooren Tai was a male Ortolan. During the Galactic War, he was the leader of the Ortolan settlers at the Tromper Crags Geothermal Plant. At some point, the facility was overtaken by the Galactic Republic army's Zero Squad, who were intent on destroying it in an effort to cripple the White Maw pirates and the Sith Empire's presence in the area, albeit at the expense of the Ortolan settlers too. Sergeant Dern tried to retake the plant from the Tai at gunpoint, but was stopped and killed by an Imperial, who took over Tai's operations despite the Ortolan's offer to work for the Empire.
