Phaedra's friend (Imperial)

An individual lived during the Imperial Era and served in the bureaucracy of the Galactic Empire. They were also a friend of the Quaraxian criminal Phaedra. At one point the individual came to owe Phaedra a favor.

Between around 8 BBY and 2 BBY, Phaedra was in need of a way to get into the office of Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin on the Core Worlds planet Coruscant so she and the smugglers Han Solo and Chewbacca could recover an urn. Subsequently, she called in the favor from the individual, who provided the three with uniforms so they could disguise themselves as waste disposal personnel. When Solo questioned them posing as sanitation workers, Phaedra mentioned her friend and that they had owed her the favor.
