Piar Nagelsa was an officer in the Kerkoidian Defense Forces of the planet Kerkoidia. During the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Nagelsa joined the Confederacy alongside the Kerkoidian Defense Force, in which the officer led Separatist forces.
