Prengahl Kreen was a wily Twi'lek arms dealer operating in the Empartheca system during the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and the Rebel Alliance. The Outer Rim hidden base Breshkall was his refuge, and it housed his family and friends. At some point in his life, he dealt with the big game hunter Jakke Clamont.
