Raspir was a pure-blooded Sith released from a Rakatan mind trap when Elder Ruthic used the same device to banish her opponents. Raspir once served Sith King Adas as court magician. As a practitioner of Sith magic, he gave Ruthic advice on how to bend the creations of a Star Forge to her will.
