Rava Teb'lya was the female Bothan owner of the Rose Nebula massage parlor, located on Coruscant. She used her Bothan spying skills and experience in extravagance to glean information from her influential clients and sold it to the highest bidder.
Teb'lya hired the Trandoshan, Tsserk, as a bouncer for the parlor. He impressed her so much that she made him her personal bodyguard.
