Reffe

Reffe was an individual who lived on Level 3204 of the planet Coruscant, where he was neighbors with Anandra Milon's uncle. Following the destruction of the planet Alderaan by the Galactic Empire in 1 BBY, Reffe took to the streets of Level 3204 and began ranting about Imperial corruption. He was shot by stormtroopers who marched into the street while he was delivering his tirade against the Empire, prompting Milon's mother to reassure her children that there would be no further civil unrest, and that the stormtroopers would not make any trouble for them.
