Rellen

Rellen was an admiral in the officer corps of the Galactic Empire's Imperial Navy. Around 10 BBY, the Hutt crime lord Grakkus Jahibakti Tingi symbollicly gifted Rellen a demo TIE Bolt podracer while hosting the Moon Curser's Cup podrace at the Hutt colosseum on the moon Nar Shaddaa. The gift celebrated the tenous agreements made between the Hutt Clan and the Imperials.

Rellen's new podracer was paraded in front of the crowds on the racetrack prior to the start of the cup, with the commentator Beed and Fode mentioning Rellen in their coverage of the event. During the race, the TIE Bolt was stolen by the podracer Sebulba as he attempted to escape a failed heist at the art auction hosted by the Imperials for the Hutts, but he crashed and destroyed the vehicle.
