Ren-Quarr was a Quarren barfly with orange skin and well-groomed tentacles. He frequented the Outlander Club, a nightclub and gambling hall located in the Uscru Entertainment District of the Core Worlds planet Coruscant, prior to the outbreak of the Clone Wars in 22 BBY.
During a night in that year, he was present in the Outlander Club as Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker entered, searching for bounty hunter Zam Wesell. As Skywalker walked around the club, he lurked behind the Twi'lek Lunae Minx and the criminal Achk Med-Beq. Being a Quarren, Ren-Quarr's species added to the interplanetary feel of the club on that night. He wore gray colored clothing while at the club.
