Restria Venteger was a member of the Cloud City Exex, and governor Henris Octavian's chief aide. Venteger wanted the city's central computer back on line in the wake of the occupation of Cloud City to protect secrets pertaining to tibanna gas. Venteger was also working with Braka, an Ugnaught tribal guild leader who was organizing a miner's strike to embarrass the new governor.
