Rin Shuuir was a Sith sorcerer active around 4000 BBY. At one point, he accompanied the Sith warrior Utris, who became incapacitated. To revive his companion, Shuuir used a Sith healing amulet, which in turn forced the sorcerer to temporarily impair his ability to access the Alter class of Force abilities.
