Rond Berrin was a Twi'lek male member of the Balmorran resistance during the Galactic War. When Mandalorian mercenaries were hired by the Sith Empire in 3642 BBY to disable the Balmorran resistance's sensors and set up camp around them, Berrin - stationed at Moraine Outpost - tasked a Republic citizen to repair the sensors.
