Rosha Vess was a Human female from the planet Coruscant who was a member of the Zealots of Psusan cult. In 22 BBY, she was inside the Outlander Club on Coruscant with her friends Nyrat Agira and Immi Danoo at the same time as bounty hunters Jango Fett and Zam Wesell. One night shortly after, she drank and talked with her friends at the club when Wesell went into the club to hide from the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. The trio watched as Wesell was disarmed by Kenobi.
