Rubassa was a male Mandalorian shock trooper and a commander of Clan Ha'rangir. Rubassa was also known as Three Horn, as he wore three horns on his helmet. Some of his subordinates saw this as a blatant attempt to curry favor with Heta Kol, who also wore three horns on her helmet, and therefore disliked taking orders from him.
