Ruke Chowall was a Quarren journalist who worked as the editor of the newsnet Bends during the last decades of the Galactic Republic stationed out of Morjanssik on Dac. He very publicly denounced Senator Tundra Dowmeia, stating that the Senator was "a tool of both the Old Republic and the Mon Calamari" who would sell out his people for a few credits.
