Sammo Kob was a male Twi'lek smuggler who was active during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. At some point, he fell out of favor with Rogun the Butcher, and believed that the best way to stay alive was to make friends with others who had fallen out of his favor as well. He could often be found on the Republic's capital of Coruscant and Carrick Station.
