Santos was a Chadra-Fan trader and hauler who owned a blue-green ship and visited Ibbe once a month. At some point between 230 BBY and 229 BBY, Tanabi Yar recommended the Jedi knight Vernestra Rwoh to visit Ibbe and gave her instructions on contacting the hauler, who would be willing to take her to Ibbe.
