Seyn Marana

Seyn Marana was a female human who served the Galactic Empire. With an eidetic memory, Marana had a unique skillset that included proficiency as a cryptologist, the ability to speak 29 different languages, and a mastery in the surveillance field. She was also a highly capable sharpshooter. After graduating a year early from the Imperial Academy of Uyter, she worked with Naval Intelligence Agency before joining the Empire's new Inferno Squad, alongside Iden Versio, Del Meeko, and Gideon Hask. The squad was formed in 0 ABY following the destruction of the Death Star.

As Inferno Squad executed many missions against rebel partisans, the squad eventually went undercover to infiltrate a partisan cell known as the Dreamers. Marana would pose as a slave working for an Imperial spy named Rudaga, and was eventually rescued by the rebels, who allowed her to join them. While Marana's teammates made their own ways into the rebel cell and began to secretly work to topple the Dreamers. Shortly after a botched mission on Anukara, where Marana was unable to stop the rebel Sadori Vushan, whom she had began to fall in love with, sacrifice himself, Marana accidentally compromised her cover. As the Dreamers prepared to kill her, her squadmates were unable to protect her without blowing their own cover. The rebel leader Staven prompted Iden to kill Marana with a vibroblade, and Marana willingly rushed into the blade and allowed herself to die. Her squadmates would soon finish their mission and destroy the Dreamers.
