Shakka was a Twi'lek female from the planet Ryloth who was enslaved by Graxol Kelvyyn, an Anx who had fallen in love with her. In 32 BBY, the two attended the Boonta Eve Classic on the planet Tatooine, viewing the podrace from their friend Watto's viewing box. Shakka and Kelvyyn were later mentioned in sentientologist Tem Eliss's book The University of Sanbra Guide to Intelligent Life.
