Slem Slonini was a crime lord who led the Slonini Cartel. By 3 ABY, they had been assassinated by the bounty hunter Vail Tormin, which led to the cartel's collapse. As a result, Tormin's value increased by almost 350%. Also by that year, Slonini's assassination by the bounty hunter was included in a report the Imperial Security Bureau had on Tormin. A copy of which was stored at Imperial Outpost 51 on the planet Tatooine.
